The film follows a journey shaped as much by the road as by the destination. Moving through vast stretches of earth, changing light, and open sky, the landscape slowly becomes part of the experience rather than simply a backdrop to it. At the center of the film is the relationship between driver and machine. Mazda becomes a quiet companion — something that carries you forward, but also becomes part of the memories formed along the way. The further the road unfolds, the less the journey feels like a means of getting somewhere and the more it becomes the thing itself. It is a film about distance, movement, and presence. About the places we pass through, the time spent in between, and the way a car can become woven into the memory of a journey long after the road ends.
